Nationwide · Cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, and RVs

We handle the dealership. You make one trip.

You come in for the keys, not the negotiation.

Buying usually costs more than money. It costs the drive, the wait, a price that changes, and another store after that. Send me what you want. I spend that time on the price, the trade, and the add-ons. You make one visit to a licensed dealer near you and take the vehicle home.

Tyler Williams. Six years selling Chevrolets and Hondas. You will work with me, and I will tell you the truth about the number.

You visit the dealer after the negotiation is complete.

You approve it

I do not call a dealer until the numbers feel right to you.

You pay me

The store does not. That is why the advice is yours.

How it works

Six steps. I spend the hours. You stay in charge, and you go in only when it is time to sign.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Tell me the vehicle, the budget, the timeline, and any trade. I look the same day and tell you plainly if I can help. The $500 starts only after that.

  2. 2

    Research and options

I pull what similar vehicles are selling for and lay it out so you can see it. You choose the direction.

  3. 3

    Negotiation

I work the price, the trade, and the add-ons you do not want. I promise to work for the best deal possible. Your trade stays on its own line.

  4. 4

    You approve

Nothing goes to a dealer until you are comfortable with the numbers.

  5. 5

    Clean handoff

I introduce you to a licensed dealer near you with the terms you approved. You sign the contract and take the vehicle.

  6. 6

    Close

You leave knowing what you agreed to. I follow up to make sure it closed that way.

Start your deal

Tell me where you are and what you want. I look the same day and call you at (929) 226-2099. The $500 is due only after I know I can help. I do not sell the vehicle, take the title, or take money from the dealer.

Service agreement

DealStraight is a buyer-advocacy service. You pay a flat $500. That fee is the only compensation. We do not accept payment, bonuses, or incentives from any dealer or manufacturer.

We do not hold, own, advertise, or take title to any vehicle. We do not sell cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, or RVs, and we do not sign the purchase contract for you.

We research the market and negotiate price, trade, and add-ons. Nothing is handed to a dealer until you approve the numbers.

The service is nationwide. You complete the purchase, financing, and delivery with a licensed dealer where you are. State rules differ. This agreement is not a dealer license and it is not legal or financial advice.

I promise to work for the best deal possible. That is a promise of the work, not a promise of a specific price or a specific dollar savings. If the numbers are not there, we say so before you pay, and we do not make the handoff unless you approve.

We use this only to run your deal. We do not sell it. Privacy. We do not sell vehicles. The final purchase is between you and a licensed dealer. This is not legal or financial advice.

What the numbers look like

I promise to work for the best deal possible. The sheet below is only an example, 12 percent off a posted CR-V. It is not a quote, and it is not a deal I have closed. You see a sheet like this, and you approve it, before I call a dealer.

Example · New Honda CR-V EX-L

Store asking price
$36,850
12% off the asking price
$4,422
The price I would bring you
$32,428
Dealer’s initial trade offer
$14,000
The trade I would hold for
$15,400
The add-on I would take off
$1,495 protection package

You say yes or no. Tax, title, and registration stay on the dealer’s contract. These figures are an example. I will not promise them on your deal.

What we do — and what we don’t

What we do
  • Work only for you
  • Work from wherever you are
  • Cover cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, and RVs
  • Charge a flat $500, paid only by you
  • Negotiate the price, the trade, and the add-ons
  • Work for the best deal possible
What we don’t
  • Accept payment or incentives from dealers
  • Hold, own, or advertise inventory
  • Sell vehicles or take title
  • Sign the purchase contract for you
  • Take vehicle deposits or arrange financing
  • Guarantee a specific dollar savings
The handoff

Once you approve the numbers, I connect you with a licensed dealer near you and both of you see the same terms. The contract, the payment, the financing, and the delivery stay between you and that dealer.

Questions

Do you only work in one state?

No. I work nationwide. The research and the negotiation happen from here. You finish the purchase with a licensed dealer near you.

Do you work for the dealer?

No. You pay the $500. I do not take a bonus, a spiff, or any other payment from a dealer or a manufacturer.

Which vehicles do you cover?

Cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, and RVs. Tell us the type and the specifics, or ask us to help narrow it down.

Do you sell vehicles?

No. I do not keep or advertise inventory. The sale is between you and a licensed dealer.

Who do I sign with?

A licensed dealer near you. Once you approve the numbers, I make the introduction and step out of the contract, the payment, and the delivery.

What do you promise?

I promise to work for the best deal possible on the price, the trade, and the add-ons. I do not promise a specific percentage or a specific dollar amount. If the posted price is already the right one, I tell you before you pay.

What is included in the $500?

The research, the comparison, the negotiation on price, trade, and add-ons, and a clear handoff once you approve.

What if I do not like the numbers?

Then we stop. I do not send anything to a dealer unless you want me to.

Who can see my information?

You, after you sign in with the same email, and DealStraight. We do not sell your information or send it to a dealer until you approve a handoff. Card numbers stay with Stripe. Details are on the privacy page.

The longer answer is here: Can someone negotiate my car deal?

I shop the deal with you · Nationwide

The hard part is not the signature. It is the time. I spent six years on a Chevrolet and Honda sales floor, so I know the wait, the padded number, and the trade that gets buried. That is the work I take off your week.

You tell me the vehicle, the budget, and what would make you walk away. I check the market, work the price and the trade, and bring you a number you can say yes or no to. Nothing goes to a dealer until you are comfortable. Then you sign near you. I do not sell the car, and the store does not pay me. You do. That is what keeps the advice yours.
